It came as an honest gesture of care and protection from an old transport captain to a scared teen age girl on the run.

	That depends on what sort of contraband you're talking about. ;) Shirik Lektar usually handles checkins and quarter assignments, but since she's busy on the bridge it would probably be handled by one of the Alpha shift Ops people - Kovik, T'Lis (both Vulcans), Casey Holloway, or Amber Garrison (both human).

	How would I deal with the contraband stowed in my travel case that should alert the transporter chief . Just some excitement but also a story too. Where do I post about my arrival figuring out my room and meeting other crew and gulp officers, sorry newbie details.

	Ensign Tavora, Science Specialist reporting for duty last to board when we left space dock. Note: Tavora is a female Ferengi, ran away after being “given” in marriage to increase her father’s wealth and influence. My name is Jeff. I’m not only a sci-fi fan but passionate creator having written tech manuals for the SS Gemini NV-70,Intrepid class. The USS Baltimore NCC 2396, Miranda class and the USS Morgan NCC 75706, Intrepid Class which is still active and had a major overhaul after receiving major damage at the Battle of Sector 001. She rolled out in 2382 under her storied captain Tessius G Slattery. I’ve done work and notes about other classes too and a dizzying array of ships from Firefly, Star Wars, Robotech and countless other. Give me an office chair and I captain my ship. Other things, I’m 56, married for 30 years with no kids, a house full of cats and dogs, fosters and rescues! Our current is a young Chi-Chi female, my big old man, a pit mix named Asher and a sociopath in feline form Bronte Charles the 1st. I’ve been sick since I was 17 and I contend with pain stiffness inflammation declining health. I’m a retired school teacher, body and mind quit before I was ready. I’m not a tech person so I might need an occasional prompt or check in. I’m a painter and self-taught designer. I scoured most of my usual online haunts to break down the Vanguard and found where most of the game data and specs came from and rebuilt it. Sorry bad habit. I’m an old school gamer mostly DnD. Any questions ask? Quick btw I’m Christian and training to be a pastor. In game settings I’m chill but some stuff just shouldn’t come to the table.
