The morning had been quiet in Sickbay, at least by Tyzur's standards. With no emergencies or unexpected injuries to deal with, he had been left with the more mundane side of his duties: routine examinations, medical records, and the assorted administrative work that accompanied being Chief Medical Officer. He glanced over the day's schedule as the doors opened and Greggory entered.

“Commander Griffith. Good morning. It’s a pleasure to meet you properly.”

He gestured toward the examination area.

“This should be fairly routine. Vitals, scans, neurological checks, the usual. We can talk while I work, if you have the time.”
