It looks like Kovar and Dagh are gone. I've had no responses to PMs or emails and they never joined the Discord, so at this point I'm assuming they've left the sim.
I've been working on a complete crew manifest of all departments and shifts and will post it when it's complete. The positions are being filled by NPCs as needed, and I will be updating the Personnel page of the site, rearranging some positions. For now, these are the assumed assignments of the Bridge crew:
Alpha Shift (0800-1600):

All Beta shift NPCs other than Jorav are the Asst. chiefs of their departments until they're replaced by PCs.
Gamma Shift (0000-0800):

Feel free to use any of these NPCs in your department if you like in any posts you write. The complete list will include all other crew that don't work on the bridge. If you have any questions, just ask.
Since the new mission arrival time is supposed to be in the middle of Beta shift, I'm going to say that because of the nature of the mission, Alpha shift bridge crew took the shift instead and Beta shift crew worked Alpha shift on the 15th instead.
